I utilize skills from training and experience in Internal Family Systems theory (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) modalities.

Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), I utilize these approaches to support clients as they navigate their unique mental health journey.

  • Lindsey Hylen, LIMHP - Licensed Therapist

I believe in helping clients "Learn, Grow, and Heal" through a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring both past experiences and present challenges. While self-understanding is an important part of healing, I also help clients move beyond intellectualizing their experiences by safely processing and feeling difficult emotions, fostering deeper healing, resilience, and personal growth. My approach combines evidence-based and experiential therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Internal Family Systems (IFS) ,Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as attachment-based, somatic, and narrative therapies, to help clients gain insight, develop new skills, and create lasting change.

  • Rodric McClain, LIMHP - Lead Therapist

Therapy begins with a genuine conversation in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak openly about their experiences. Drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training, I integrates evidence-based approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change.

  • Katie Tessin, LMHP - Licensed Therapist

As a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, I work with children and families to help them better understand emotions, build resilience, and feel more connected to themselves and one another. With more than 20 years of experience in education, school counseling, therapy, mindfulness, and parent coaching, I bring a whole-child and whole-family perspective to my work. I use approaches such as play, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based therapy to help children navigate anxiety, big emotions, life changes, and other challenges. I also believe that supporting a child means supporting the people who care for them. Through parent coaching and collaboration, I help caregivers better understand their child's behaviors and develop practical tools that can make everyday life feel more connected and manageable.
